		<description>Thanks for sharing. I think that not only employee feedback, but the manner in which it is provided is important. It should be positive, helpful and non-threatening. For instance negative feedback and criticism in public may not be a good idea. A specific, timely feedback offered during a face-to-face conversation should be  do the trick.</description>
