Over the course of his brilliant professional career, Clayton has consistently demonstrated the passion, vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be mentioned among the elite. Utilizing his extensive expertise in occupational health and safety, Mr. Mineault is the Owner of Phoenix Safety Consulting, which is a Métis owned and operated company that provides integrated safety services and products to clients ranging from sole proprietorships to multinational companies. The company is committed to providing their employees, clients, and contractors with a safe and healthy work environment. Their safety consultants and service staff are dedicated to providing professional hands-on service and expertise for their clients’ businesses. In addition to running Phoenix Safety Consulting, Clayton serves in the role of Safety Coordinator with A B Security, which is a 100% Aboriginal owned, licensed and registered security company that provides security services for well sites, pipelines, construction sites, and other workplaces throughout the Western Canadian Basin. In his position with A B Security, Clayton is responsible for performing pre-employment, random, and post-accident/incident drug screening as well as setting up and ensuring ISNetworld and PICS compliancy, and managing the vehicle maintenance program. Although he obtained the vast majority of his expertise through professional experience, Clayton was also qualified as a Fire Extinguisher Service Technician through the British Columbia Institute of Technology, where he is also currently studying Occupational Health and Safety. In addition, he earned a Supervisor Safety Management Certificate from Camosun College. Mr. Mineault is a member of the Rotary Club of Dawson Creek and is actively involved with the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation.
