Representing the anesthesiologists of Ohio, Michelle Capdeville, MD, has been selected to represent her community in the publication of The Leading Physicians of the World.  In practice for over 20 years, Dr. Capdeville represents the commitment, distinction, and passion for patient care needed to receive this esteemed honor. Dr. Capdeville’s career began in 1989, after she received her medical degree from the University of California San Francisco School of Medicine.  She continued her education at the University of Michigan Health System, completing a residency program in general surgery in 1991; then a Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic. Located in Cleveland, Ohio, Dr. Capdeville works at the The Cleveland Clinic.  At Cleveland Clinic, Dr. Capdeville is a Fellowship Director of Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology, Department of Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology at Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine. She has special clinical interest in cardiothoracic anesthesia and anesthesiology, clinical research, fellow and resident education, intraoperative TEE, and intraoperative transesophageal echocardiography; or a sonogram of the heart using sound waves.  In her years of practice, she has participated in a vast amount of research pertaining to her medical field; having her findings also published.
