Sigler [2] as an Executive of the Year as a result of his phenomenal professional career. In his position as Founder and Chairman of Sigler Wholesale, as well as throughout his entire occupational history, Mr. Sigler has consistently performed at an extraordinary level while displaying the leadership and professionalism required to be considered among the elite. Russell has risen to the peak of his profession as a result of his determination as well as the demonstration of his exceptional work ethic, combined with his extensive knowledge and magnificent management skills. Over the course of his incredibly impressive six plus decade career, he has routinely earned the astounding success he has achieved in mechanical engineering. Although he gained the vast majority of his expertise through his professional experience, Russell also earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Air Conditioning, from the University of Oklahoma in 1938.
