Barbara Bean Joins The Global Community Of Stanford Who’s Who LOS ANGELES, CA,   September 10, 2012 /Stanford Who’s Who [1]/ — A seasoned community service executive with well over four decades of professional experience in service of others, Barbara Bean [2] has enjoyed a tremendously successful career filled with several significant accomplishments, leading to her inclusion in the prestigious ranks of premier professionals with Stanford Who’s Who. Over the course of her brilliant professional career, Barbara has routinely exhibited the passion, vision, and dedication necessary to be mentioned among the elite. With over 43 years of experience in serving her community, Barbara is an Ordained Minister who serves as CEO of Outreach/Breakthrough Ministries, which is an organization that offers a comprehensive range of services, including prayer line, counseling, plays, concerts, weddings, and revivals. Barbara is incredibly passionate about people and takes great pleasure in helping others as well as spreading God’s love through her ministry. In addition to her work with Outreach/Breakthrough Ministries, Barbara spent over 35 years working with the County of Los Angeles, from which she retired as Head Family Support Officer in 2011. Although she gained the vast majority of her expertise through her personal and professional experience, she also attended Los Angeles City College, Los Angeles Trade Technical College, and Los Angeles Southwest College.
