Dean Forster Is Reeled Into The Ranks Of Stanford Who’s Who ADELAIDE, SA, AUSTRALIA,   September 10, 2012 /Stanford Who’s Who [1]/ — An extraordinary entrepreneur with extensive experience in the maritime industry, Dean Forster [2] has enjoyed an enormously successful career filled with several significant accomplishments, leading to his recognition in the exclusive network of prominent professionals with Stanford Who’s Who. Over the course of his phenomenal professional career, Mr. Forster has routinely exhibited the passion, vision, and dedication necessary to be mentioned among the elite. Deciding to leave the security of his employment as an engineer about 14 years ago and turn his lifelong enthusiasm for fishing into a business where he could transfer his knowledge and passion for angling to others, Dean is an incredibly innovative individual, who is the mastermind behind the development of the Stress Free Anchor Winch. After spending 9 months designing and building a boat that seemingly had everything one could want, he realized that he had a need for an electric winch. After unsuccessfully scouring the market to try to find a winch that met his criteria of being unobtrusive, out of site, fast, reliable and low maintenance, Dean realized that he was going to have to utilize his engineering skills to build his own. His concept was to develop a user friendly product with a drum where the rope and chain spooled on and off. This design would eliminate the risk of malfunction inherent of the traditional type winch. A prototype was constructed and put to use on the Stress Relief 11, which is the craft that Dean uses for chartering fishing trips. He figured that since they fished many grounds a day in the boat, that it would be the perfect test for this fabulous new creation. Mr. Forster soon realized that he was able to pull up anchor and shift quickly to the next ground as he witnessed other boat operators struggle to do the same. This amazing accomplishment led several others to desire the boating technology which Dean had conceived. Through years of meticulous research and development, the Stress Free has been refined, improved and modified so that they have the best product that they can possibly have on the market. The process of refinement is evolutionary and will continue to ensure they have a product that meets the needs and expectations of their customers. Despite gaining the vast majority of his expertise through his professional experience, Dean also earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Evidencing his remarkable reputation in the professional community, he is a member of the Association for Measurement and Evaluation in Guidance.
