Among his many years in practice, Dr. Fink has consistently achieved success with all of his patients. Dr. Fink is a Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Science at Temple University School of Medicine, and Chairman of the American Psychiatric Association’s Task Force on Psychiatric Aspects of Violence. He also has a private psychiatry practice, located in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania. He is a well-known psychiatrist, psychoanalyst and speaker with over 50 years of clinical experience. In the past, Dr. Fink served as Chairman of the Department of Psychiatry at Albert Einstein Medical Center and Associate Vice President of the Albert Einstein Healthcare Network. Dr. Fink is very passionate about issues relating to youth violence. He founded and directed the Einstein Center for the Study of Violence, and is a co-founder and past president of the Greater Philadelphia Health Care Congress. Co-editor of two books, The Stigma of Mental Illness and Misinformation Concerning Child Sexual Abuse and Adult Survivors, Dr. Fink is also author of over 150 articles in medical journals. A past President of the American Psychiatric Association, Dr. Fink is now current President of the Leadership Council of Child Abuse and Interpersonal Violence.
