Beverly Green Joins The Global Community Of Stanford Who’s Who EDMONTON, AB, CANADA,   September 14, 2012 /Stanford Who’s Who [1]/ — seasoned healthcare practitioner with over two decades of professional experience in the field, Beverly Green [2] has routinely demonstrated the passion, vision, dedication, and diligence necessary to be mentioned among the elite. As a result of her outstanding body of work, Beverly has earned recognition in the prestigious ranks of prominent professionals with Stanford Who’s Who. Utilizing her wealth of experience and expertise in the nonprofit and social services sectors, Beverly is a Participating Member of the Parkland Chronic Pain Planning Group, which is an organization that aims to get chronic pain recognized as a disease and as a medical specialty, while gaining more support for research. They work tirelessly in order to see chronic pain taken much more seriously in the medical field so that medical students receive more training on the collegiate level in this area of expertise with the ultimate goal of patients receiving the care they so desperately need. Extremely passionate about caring for others, Beverly’s interest and dedication to the field pre dates her academic career. She has always held a desire to work in the industry and before beginning her education Beverly benefitted from undertaking every volunteer opportunity that came her way. She states, “I have felt from the time I was a very young girl that I was put on this earth for a purpose: to help marginalized society.” Although she gained the vast majority of her expertise through her professional experience, Beverly is also a highly educated individual who earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a focus on family abuse as well as a Bachelor of Social Work degree, specializing in family dynamics and community. Always looking to give back to society, Beverly is dedicated to working with volunteer groups, especially in situations where there is a need due to family abuse or chronic pain. Beverly’s specialty lies in helping others cope with chronic pain, an area that she has excelled in within recent years.
