Throughout her phenomenal professional career, Deidre has routinely demonstrated the passion, vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be mentioned among the elite. After years of professional management experience in the areas of supply chain management, project management, change management, and operations, Deidre entered the entrepreneurial arena in September of 2010 as Owner of It’s About Wow. The company provides a comprehensive selection of individual and personalized design concepts aimed at improving their clients’ plans for renovations. Among the wide range of services they offer are kitchen and bathroom renovations, home furnishing and décor concepts, colors and finishes, and property styling for the purpose of maximizing profit on home sales. Prior to her foray into the interior design field, Deidre served as a Logistics Manager with Rio Tinto Procurement, where she was responsible for heading a consultancy service group that was involved in the establishment of distribution and logistics strategies. She also worked as a Supply Chain and Logistics Manager for Merino Pty. Ltd., where she was responsible for managing a multitude of logistics and supply chain functions for the company. Despite gathering the vast majority of her expertise through her varied professional experience, Deidre also earned an Advanced Certificate in Interior Design from the Beaumont School of Interior Design, Diploma in Interior Design from the New South Wales Institute of Interior Design. In addition, Deidre earned an Associate Diploma in Information Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the Queensland University of Technology. Evidencing her magnificent reputation among her industry peers, she is a member of the Queensland Interior Decorators Association.
