Leading Pharmacist in Puerto Rico Joins Stanford Who’s Who MOROVIS, PUERTO RICO September 14, 2012 /Stanford Who’s Who [1]/– An accomplished leader in the pharmaceuticals industry, Carmen Rubio [2] has enjoyed an illustrious career filled with numerous accomplishments, leading to his recognition in the exclusive network of prominent professionals with Stanford Who’s Who. Over the course of his phenomenal professional career, Mr. Rubio has regularly exhibited the vision, dedication, diligence and passion necessary to be named among the elite. Carmen Rubio is a licensed pharmacist and the owner of Farmacia Rubio in Morovis, a municipality located in the center of the island of Puerto Rico. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutics from the University of Puerto Rico, a major educational institution that features the most diverse course offerings in the Caribbean. Mr. Rubio started Farmacia Rubio 21 years ago, shortly after graduating from the University of Puerto Rico. His business not only dispenses prescription and non-prescription drugs, but also sells a variety of health and beauty aids. Mr. Rubio is charged with the responsibility of ensuring all government-controlled medications are issued to people with a legitimate doctor’s prescription in accordance with Puerto Rican and American laws.
