Sally Bound Joins the Ranks of Stanford Who’s Who TASMANIA, AUSTRALIA August 3, 2012 /Stanford Who’s Who [1]/– An accomplished academic researcher in the field of agriculture, Sally Bound [2] has enjoyed an illustrious career filled with numerous achievements, leading to her recognition in the exclusive network of prominent professionals with Stanford Who’s Who. Over the course of her noteworthy professional career, Ms. Bound has regularly exhibited the energy, ideals, diligence and passion necessary to be named among the elite. Sally Bound is a Senior Research Fellow at the Tasmanian Institute of Agricultural Research in Australia. The institute is the result of a partnership between the renowned University of Tasmania and the Tasmanian government. Sally was named the Senior Research Fellow in 1997 and specializes in crop regulations. Ms. Bound earned a Ph.D in Agricultural Science from the University of Tasmania. The university was the fourth founded in 19th century Australia. Today, the University of Tasmania has about 26,800 students. Sally Bound is an active member of the Australian Institute of Horticulture Science, the American Society of Horticultural Science, and the International Society of Horticultural Science. During her free time, Sally enjoys reading scientific journals, traveling throughout Australia, gardening, and photography. She practices and coaches tae kwon do and is also a gymnastics coach.
