Mathieu, DO, is being honored for her exceptional successes in the OBGYN community.  Over the few years she has been practicing, Dr. Mathieu has already demonstrated the passion, dedication, and enthusiasm for patient care necessary to be considered a Top Physician in her field. Dr. Mathieu’s career began in 2003, after she received her medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.  After graduation, she completed an internship and residency program at the Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. Tripler Army Medical Center earned accolades and awards from the Army Surgeon General on its performance in outpatient and inpatient workload. Upon the conclusion of her education, Dr. Mathieu was honored with certification from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. After receiving her degrees and certifications Dr. Mathieu relocated to Fort Wainwright, Alaska; where she works at Bassett Army Community Hospital, the only Army hospital in Alaska. Bassett Hospital provides quality, safe, accessible medical and psychological healthcare to their military community while pursuing improvement, providing outstanding service, and leveraging innovative technology. When Dr. Mathieu is not working at the Hospital she provides her services to Fairbanks Memorial Hospital, and is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
