The International Association of Healthcare Professionals has carefully selected John J. Janick MD, to represent endocrinology in their publication, The Leading Physicians of the World. Dr. Janick’s selection is a significant representation of his passion and dedication for the field of endocrinology.  He is considered to be among the best with his many years in practice. Dr. Janick owns the Janick Professional Center, in Port Charlotte, Florida.  Equipped with a full diabetes treatment center and laboratory, the Center has a diabetes education center for families.  They also specialize in other various endocrinology disorders, including thyroid, pituitary, and other glandular problems.  Board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Janick is also on the Board of Directors for the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists.  In 2012, he was voted one of Castle Connolly’s Top Doctors. Dr. Janick received his degree in 1971 from Cornell University Medical College in New York.  He completed his internship and part of his residency at New York Hospital, then went to the National Institute of Health in Bethesda, Maryland to complete his residency.
