Dr. Finkel is double board certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Finkel’s career began in 2001, after she received her medical degree the University of Tennessee College of Medicine.  After graduation, she completed an internship and general surgery residency program at the Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center; also attending the University of Louisville for her plastic surgery residency.
