BlueSky Energy offers solar power products and sustainable energy systems.During her collegiate career, Anne earned a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Deakin University. Over her almost 20 years in human resources, she has covered a wide range of industries in both permanent and contract roles. With PLP, Anne is responsible for dealing with all grievances, for which she has maintained procedural correctness, resulting in all grievances being settled internally. She is currently in the process of developing a Succession Plan with a view to map the current promotability of their employees and identifying training needs.Anne has been incredibly successful in her role with PLP. In 2010, she successfully renegotiated the Enterprise Agreement for the company, which led to an increase in the number of years in coverage from 2 to 4, reducing annual increases, and maintained all other terms without giving anything away. Anne also implemented pre-employment medicals and outsourced background checks reducing the number of people employed with any history of drug taking and fraudulent history or qualifications.
