Doreen Barclay’s career began in 1980, after she received her nursing degree from Felician College of Nursing.  Upon completion, she enrolled for her Master’s of Science in Nursing degree; which she received shortly after. Doreen is a quality nurse specialist; making her responsible for ensuring the daily operations of Quality Management adhere to Health Plan and State/Federal Requirements in providing quality patient care. She is well qualified for such position having training and licenses in School Nursing, Health Education, CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality), and Nurse Executive certification. After receiving her degrees and certifications, Doreen became a part of the nursing staff at Englewood Hospital and Medical Center in Dumont, New Jersey. For a third consecutive term, Englewood Hospital and Medical Center has achieved Magnet status, the highest recognition for nursing excellence by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).  Her devotion to lifelong education has enabled her success in her career.
