Over his many years in practice, Dr. Mordes has continued to demonstrate the passion, dedication, and enthusiasm for patient care necessary to be considered a Top Physician in his field. Dr. Mordes works for the Cleveland Clinic in West Palm Beach, Florida. With specialties in treating headaches and Parkinson’s Disease, Dr. Mordes was voted Top Doctor in Neurology by Baltimore Magazine. He was also voted one of Castle Connolly’s Top Doctors of 2012. Dr. Mordes also served as an Assistant Professor in the Johns Hopkins Department of Neurology from 1978-2003. In his time as a neurologist, he has also contributed articles to journals like the Journal of Neurophysiology on various neurological topics. In 1972, Dr. Mordes received his medical degree from the University of Ghent of Belgium. He then came to Baltimore to complete a neurology internship at Union Memorial Hospital, then went to Philadelphia to complete a residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. A board certified neurologist from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, he is also a member of the American Headache Society and the American Society of Neurology.
