Dr. Cullen is an esteemed plastic surgeon at Elite Plastic Surgery, located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. His clinical interests are focused on both reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. He has expanded his practice to include all areas of cosmetic surgery including, breast augmentation, body contouring, liposuction, and cosmetic surgery of the face; while using the most advanced techniques available. Dr. Cullen is an Assistant Professor in the Department Surgery at Michigan State University’s College of Human Medicine; one of the many schools he has trained and studied at as well. With board certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and being recognized as a Fellow of the American College of Surgery, Dr. Cullen has been recognized for all of his achievements and ambition. He has been selected as one of The Best Doctors in America 2009-2010 and 2011-2012, as well as being selected as one of West Michigan’s Top Doctors from Grand Rapids Magazine in 2009 and 2010. In 1995, Dr. Cullen graduated with honors from the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Cullen completed his general surgery and plastic surgery residencies at the Grand Rapids Michigan State University program. Upon completion, Dr. Cullen continued his training with a fellowship in hand and microsurgery at the University of Utah.
