Prior to establishing JP de Kock Engineering in January of 2012, Jean-Pierre was the Owner of Firedrake Industries for 11 years, where he was responsible for designing and inventing numerous small tools and processes. Despite obtaining a considerable amount of his expertise through his professional experience in the field, Jean-Pierre also earned a National Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
