Kim Sofo Joins the Ranks of Stanford Who’s Who SYLVANIA, OHIO,  September 27, 2012 /Stanford Who’s Who/ — Stanford Who’s Who would like to welcome Kim Sofo [1] as a member and honor her for her outstanding work in education.  As the principal of St. Ursula’s Academy, Kim has endeavored to create an educational curriculum that broadens the minds of her students and prepares them for the challenges of collegiate and professional life. In preparation for her career in education, Kim Sofo received a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree from Toledo University.  She has served as a teacher for children of all ages and has established herself as an excellent administrator and a commanding leader.  Her devotion to providing the finest possible education to her students is displayed in her tireless efforts to improve courses, faculty and school resources. St. Ursula’s Academy is a Catholic, college preparatory and secondary school for girls.  This fine academy boasts one of the most qualified faculties in the Ohio area.  In addition to preparing these young ladies with a strong education, the teachers and administrators endeavor to instill a Christian faith in them through spiritual education and example.  St. Ursula’s Academy offers a wide range of courses including mathematics, science, English, French, Spanish and Latin. Kim Sofo entered her position of principal of St. Ursula’s Academy fully cognizant of the school’s long and storied history as one of Ohio’s finest all-girls Catholic schools.  She has committed herself and her staff to continuing this long tradition of academic excellence.  Kim has also strived to develop, nurture and enlarge the faiths of her young charges.  This attention to the spiritual and moral foundations of these young women has helped so many of them go on to become successful professionals and contributing members of society.  Kim cherishes the opportunity to shape the lives of so many promising young students and demands that all of the staff of St. Ursula’s Academy honor their responsibilities with diligence, integrity and the highest professionalism.
