BISHO, SOUTH AFRICA,   October 5, 2012 /South Africa Business Network [1]/ — A government administration executive with almost three decades of diverse professional experience in various industries, Clifford Peters [2] has enjoyed a tremendously successful career filled with several significant accomplishments, leading to his recognition in the South Africa Business Network, the world’s largest premiere networking resource for South African career professionals. Drawing upon his senior management experience in the areas of organizational performance and change management, Mr. Peters currently serves as a Director of Governance and Administration with the Office of the Premier in the Eastern Cape. In his position, Clifford plays an integral role in the provision of organizational development and change management consulting. He has been responsible for the development of numerous turnkey projects and turnaround strategies aimed at the improvement of operations. Prior to his current role with the Office of the Premier which he has been with for the past 9 years, Clifford served as a Quality Engineer with Bombardier Transportation South Africa. Over the course of his incredibly impressive career, he also served in various capacities with Mercedes Benz South Africa, including South African Excellence Model Coordinator, Production Strategy Engineer, and Maintenance Fitter. Additionally, Mr. Peters has spent several years as a Tool, Jig, and Diemaker with Turin Industries and Dinky Manufacturing. Although he has obtained a considerable amount of his expertise through his varied professional experience, Clifford is also a highly educated individual who earned a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University, Bachelor of Technology in Quality Control and Safety Technologies from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration and Management from the University of the Witwatersrand, and a Master of Business Administration degree in Organizational Development and Change from the University of Liverpool. Evidencing his extraordinary work ethic and professional proficiency, Clifford has been the recipient of multiple accolades over the years. In 1982, he received the Mercedes Benz South Africa Best Apprenticeship Award. Mr. Peters was also presented with an Academic Award for Best Engineering Student in 1993. In addition, he represented South Africa in the weightlifting World Championships in 1999 and 2000.
