He is also a former member of the Association for Operations Management of Southern Africa, South African Production and Inventory Control Society and a current member of the Institute of Waste Management of Southern Africa. Although he has gathered the vast majority of his expertise through his professional experience, Duncan also attended the Production Management Institute, where he earned a Production Management Diploma, graduating Cum Laude.
