As the operations manager for Beta Machinery Analysis, Ron Carpendale has been instrumental in the company’s growth and position as a leader in the mechanical engineering industry. Beta Machinery Analysis is a multinational mechanical engineering consultancy that specializes in rotating and reciprocating machinery. Ron Carpendale has been providing operations management at Beta Machinery Analysis for the past ten years.  Prior to joining Beta, Ron worked in the chemical distribution industry for 20 years building experience and expertise in Sales Management and Operations Management.  During this period Ron worked directly with Engineering Consultants and EPC Companies; designing and building process and warehousing facilities, managing environmental remediations and managing a remote distribution network of storage and transportation facilities. Ron has built on his foundation of interpersonal skills and technical expertise as a business leader and financial executive.  He possesses an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and later specialized in Project Management.  These skills combined with an affable and sincere personality helped prepare Ron for his responsibilities as a manager with Beta Machinery Analysis.  He is currently in charge of recruiting key personnel for all major divisions of the company, managing an internationally compliant EH&S program, building and maintaining the company’s business systems and developing short term and long term business strategies.  With his comprehensive understanding of the engineering field and the business responsibilities of a company, Ron is eminently equipped to handle almost any professional position.
