Prior to her current position with the company, she served as General Manager of the Acer brand as well as a Business Unit Manager for Cisco as she created the platform for the arrival of the brand within the business.  In addition she was exposed to the Hewlett-Packard printer category as she held the role of Product Manager. Despite obtaining the vast majority of her expertise through her professional experience in the information technology field, Traci also earned a Marketing and Sales Diploma from Witwatersrand Technikon.
