James Billard Ascends to the Ranks of Stanford Who’s Who KITCHENER, ONTARIO, CANADA October 8, 2012 /Stanford Who’s Who/– An accomplished photographer and videographer, James Billard [1] has enjoyed an illustrious career filled with numerous achievements, leading to his recognition in the exclusive network of prominent professionals with Stanford Who’s Who. Over the course of his extraordinary professional career, Mr. Billard has regularly exhibited the principles, dedication, conscientiousness and energy necessary to be named among the elite. James Billard is a professional photographer and videographer. He owns the company Vid-Plex Productions, which is headquartered in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. Mr. Billard has been working as a professional videographer and photographer for nearly seven years. He has been a musician for more than 30 years and uses this experience to create music videos as part of operations at Vid-Plex Productions.
