Chance writes, “Members of the media and the Journalism Profession, This letter is our request for information; this is not a business endeavor, as we are selling nothing and will be pursuing non-profit status when finances allow.  We are in the process of constructing both digital and analog memorials to those persons who have died as a result of interactions with members of law enforcement.  Soon, we will have a website constructed which will display the pictures of these individuals, as well as the date of their demise, links to news stories about each event, and a brief description of the events which led to the victim’s death. Our hope is that, in addition to serving as both a memorial for the deceased and a reminder to members of law enforcement, this site will someday to become a resource for members of your profession as well.
