Press Release: Marc Malkoff, MD, Represents New Mexcio with Inclusion into Renowned Publication The Leading Physicians of the World

The International Association of Healthcare Professionals has carefully selected Marc Malkoff, MD, to represent neurologists in their publication, The Leading Physicians of the World.  Dr. Malkoff’s selection is a significant representation of his passion and dedication for the field of neurology.  He is considered to be among the best with over 20 years of practice. Dr. Malkoff maintains a position at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, New Mexico. At the University, Dr. Malkoff is the Director of Neuro Intensive Care Unit, specializing in strokes, neurological critical care, neurosonology; which is producing sonographic images of the brain and nervous system, and acute stroke intervention. Dr. Malkoff’s dedication to neurology continues with his certification from the American Board of Neurology and Psychiatry in Neurology. As well as serving his patients within the University of New Mexico, he participates in international and regional public lectures and is an active member of many associations pertaining to his field of medicine including the Neurocritical Care Society of New Imaging and the American Academy of Neurology. He earned his medical degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University in 1984. Moving forward in his education, Dr. Malkoff completed his internship at the Cleveland Clinic; then relocating to one of the world’s leading research universities located in Georgia, Emory University, for his neurology residency. Dr. Malkoff attended the prestigious Johns Hopkins Hospital for his neurologic critical care fellowship.
