Roger S. In his role as Executive Vice President, Mr. Howarth is responsible for managing all infrastructure operations for Acciona Infrastructures Canada. Prior to his current position, he served as a Project Director for the NECSO – China State – Hip Hing Joint Venture. Over the course of his incredibly impressive career, Roger has held various other prominent appointments, including General Manager of the Vaford Group in Hong Kong and Operations Manager of the British-Chinese-Japanese Joint Venture for Balfour Beatty Construction International. Although he obtained a considerable amount of his expertise through his professional experience, Roger also earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil and Structural Engineering from the University of Bradford. Evidencing his remarkable reputation in the field, Mr. Howarth is a Chartered Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers.
