Josemanuel Henriquez Earns Membership With Stanford Who’s Who BATON ROUGE, LA,   October 19, 2012 /Stanford Who’s Who [1]/ — A food production executive with over four decades of diverse professional experience in the field, Josemanuel Henriquez [2] has routinely demonstrated the passion, vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be mentioned among the elite. As a result of his brilliant body of work, Mr. Henriquez has earned recognition in the exclusive network of premier professionals with Stanford Who’s Who. Drawing upon his wealth of knowledge in the field, Josemanuel serves as a Fabrication Superintendent with Alma Plantation LLC, which is a company that specializes in transforming sugar cane into raw sugar. The company is also involved in the production of black strap molasses. In his role with the company, Mr. Henriquez works in the processing area of the plant where he is responsible for managing production. Prior to his position with Alma Plantation LLC, Josemanuel spent almost 9 years as a Sugar Process Engineer with F.C. Schaffer & Associates in that capacity for the Sugar Industry in Louisiana and Florida, as well as over 23 years as Fabrication Superintendent for Compañía Azucarera Salvadoreña in El Salvador. Although he obtained the vast majority of his expertise through his professional experience, he also earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical & Industrial Engineering from Universidad Centroamericana José Simeón Cañas in El Salvador. Evidencing his remarkable reputation in the industry, Mr. Henriquez is a member of the Salvadoran Association of Sugar Technologists, for which he has also served in the role of President and Chief Editor for Zafra, its Technical Publication and the American Society of Sugar Cane Technologists. Further demonstrating his proficiency in the field, he was the recipient of an award for Sugar Technician of the Year in El Salvador by the Salvadoran Association of Sugar Technologists in 1988.
