Within the practice, Dr. Bird offers electrodiagnostic medicine, or electromyography which involves testing electrical activity of muscles, and general neurology services. Dr. Bird is an attending doctor at the Peninsula Regional Medical Center. Dr. Bird also spends his time participating in public lectures educating patients and continued medical education for physicians. In 1973, Dr. Bird graduated with from SUNY Syracuse Upstate Medical College. He then completed his internship at St. Joseph’s Hospital and his residency at Upstate Medical Center. He then attended the University of Rochester and the Stony Memorial Medical Center. Upon completion, Dr. Bird obtained certification from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Neurology and Electroencephalography.
