Representing the dentists of Florida, John A. Ferullo, DDS, MS, has been selected to represent his community in the publication of The Leading Physicians of the World.  In practice for many years, Dr. Ferullo represents the commitment, excellence, and passion for patient care needed to receive this prestigious honor. Inspired to become a dentist because of his love of gadgets as a child, Dr. Ferullo has a private practice named Your Downtown Dentist in St. Petersburg, Florida.  Their services include all types of cosmetic and general dentistry, with a focus on heart healthy dentistry, connecting gum disease to various health problems. In his spare time, Dr. Ferullo is a volunteer for the Gift of Life Program, giving back to treating dental patients waiting for heart surgeries in foreign countries. He is also deeply involved in St. Petersburg networking groups, and the St. Petersburg Dental Disability Group. Dr. Ferullo graduated from New York University College of Dentistry, at the top of his class. He also has a Master’s Degree, and has received Certificates of Appreciation from the International Center for the Disabled and the Settlement Health and Medical Services for organizing and operating Dental-Oral Cancer Screenings at the center’s health fairs.  Dr. Ferullo is also certified in oral laser surgery from the World Clinical Laser Institute. Always keeping up with state of the art technique and equipment, Dr. Ferullo is passionate about helping patients of all ages smile better.
