As General Manager of Operations, Sean’s aim is to lead KHL’s lean initiatives across a wide spectrum of operations that include purchasing, manufacturing and warehousing. Moreover, his managerial acumen and technical expertise have allowed Sean to maintain a leadership position that is responsible for not only forming and sustaining high performing teams but also implementing costing and pricing strategies, which have increased profit. Prior to filling his current position, Sean worked as the Commercial Manager in KHL for three years, where he also succeeded in optimizing business performance while managing various improvement projects that supported the business’s growth strategy. Over the course of his career Sean has assumed various commercial, financial and project roles for the Collex- BHP Billiton Ravensthorpe project and the Spirac Group. Although he has obtained a considerable amount of his expertise through his professional experience, Sean is also a highly educated individual who earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Curtain University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Western Australia. He also holds a Business Diploma from Monash University, where Sean achieved the highest weighted average for the course.
