Patrick A. Employing his wealth of knowledge in the field, Patrick currently serves as a Senior Inspector and Consultant with Bree and Associates, which is an engineering management company. In his role with the company, Mr. Forrester is responsible for consulting with clients on engineering work and project management as well as estimating asset management. He also provides consulting with the Department of Transportation on projects. Despite gaining a considerable amount of his expertise through his professional experience, Patrick is also a highly educated individual who earned a Master’s degree in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a Master’s degree in Project Management from Colorado Technical University.
