Ania Sowter Earns Recognition in the Ranks of Stanford Who’s Who TAMBORINE MOUNTAIN, QUEENSLAND, AUSTRALIA October 29, 2012 /Stanford Who’s Who/– An accomplished restaurant manager, Ania Sowter  has enjoyed a memorable career filled with numerous achievements, leading to her recognition in the exclusive network of outstanding professionals with Stanford Who’s Who. Over the course of her extraordinary professional career, Mrs. Sowter has regularly exhibited the ethics, enthusiasm, precision and vigor necessary to be named among the elite. Ania Sowter is the co-owner and manager of The Polish Place, a restaurant in the Tamborine Mountain region of Queensland, Australia. The Polish Place is a Polish-themed restaurant and gallery that also offers five lodging chalets. Mrs. Sowter and her husband opened The Polish Place in 1983. Ania has more than three decades of professional experience in the restaurant, recreation, and tourism industry. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Physical Education from the Academy of Physical Education in Poznan, Poland and is also a certified physical therapist through the Academy of Physical Therapy. During her free time, Ania enjoys gardening, photography, reading, and traveling. She also volunteers with the CareFlights Emergency Response Centre.
