Izen, DMD, is being honored for her exceptional successes in the dentistry community.  Over her many years in practice, Dr. Izen has continued to demonstrate the passion, dedication, and enthusiasm for patient care necessary to be considered a Top Physician in her field. Dr. Izen works in Plainview, New York at her private dental practice. Founded in 1996, Dr. Izen and her team strive to perform optimal dentistry services, including cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, and oral procedures. A member of the Nassau County Dental Association, Dr. Izen enjoys giving back to her community with the Give Kids a Smile Program. She is also a member of the New York State Dental Association. With one of the largest dental health providers in the city of Plainview, Dr. Izen offers a variety of services for patients of all ages. In 1994, Dr. Izen graduated with her dental degree from the University of Pittsburgh Dental School.  She then went on to complete post graduate residency at Pittsburgh Children’s Hospital, practicing dentistry techniques on children.  Dr. Izen is board certified by the American Board of General Dentistry and is also a certified Lumineers provider.
