Atticus T. Taylor Joins The Class Of Stanford Who’s Who SAINT JOHNS, FL,   November 12, 2012 /Stanford Who’s Who [1]/ — An extraordinary educator with over three decades of diverse professional experience in the education, military, and religious services fields, Atticus T. Taylor [2] has consistently demonstrated the passion, vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be mentioned among the elite. As a result of his brilliant body of work, Mr. Taylor has earned recognition in the prestigious ranks of premier professionals with Stanford Who’s Who. Drawing upon his wealth of knowledge in the field, Atticus currently serves as a Professor at Florida State College at Jacksonville. In his role at the college, he is responsible for religious courses instruction, including world religion, philosophy, and ethics. He is also involved with the organization of staff meetings, reviews, project management, writings, counseling, conferences, and public speaking. In addition to his position at Florida State College, Mr. Taylor serves as a Chaplain for the United States Navy. Ordained as a clergy member, Atticus served in the Navy for over two decades. Evidencing his remarkable reputation in the professional community, he is a member of the AME Church Chaplains Association as well as the Alumni Associations of Duke University, Boston University, and Wilberforce University. Despite gaining a considerable amount of his expertise through his professional experience, Atticus is also a highly educated individual who earned a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Religion with minor in Social Psychology from Wilberforce University. Additionally, he earned a Master’s degree in Theology from Duke University and a Master’s degree in Biblical Life and Historical Research from Boston University. Always looking to give back to society, Mr. Taylor is actively involved with the American Red Cross and the United Way. He is also active in community projects as well as religious and civic participation in helping the homeless.
