Drawing upon his extensive expertise in the engineering field, Wade currently serves as an NDE Level III with URS Energy and Construction, which is an industry leader in the provision of engineering, construction and technical services for public agencies and private sector companies throughout the world. The company provides a comprehensive range of services for numerous federal, oil and gas, infrastructure, power, and industrial projects and programs. In his role with the company, Mr. Selby is responsible for managing and performing radiography for Starter or Ground General Purpose Thermoplastic (SGT) and Starter or Ground General Purpose Ground Rubber (SGR) projects. He is also charged with the responsibility of performing welding inspections. Prior to joining the URS team, Wade spent 5 years in energy operations at the River Bend Nuclear Station and almost 15 years as a Radiography Technician with the Conam Construction Company. Although he obtained a considerable amount of his expertise through his professional experience, Wade also studied Mechanical Engineering at Mississippi State University. Evidencing his remarkable reputation in the field, Mr. Selby is a member of the American Society for Nondestructive Testing, Association of Non-Destructive Testing, and the American Welding Society.
