Leanne White Joins the Ranks of Stanford Who’s WhoNEW SOUTH WALES, AUSTRALIA, November 12, 2012 /Stanford Who’s Who/ — In recognition of Leanne White [1]’s many contributions to the human resources and higher education industries, Stanford Who’s Who would like to honor her dedication,  innovation and leadership.  Leanne currently serves as the Senior Governance Officer within the Office of Legal Council and Governance, at the University of New England. The University of New England is one of Australia’s premier institutions of higher learning. With more than 18,000 students enrolled in undergraduate and graduate degree programs, UNE offers education in a wide variety of academic disciplines including rural health, business, education, economics, public policy, law, and environmental and rural science.  These disciplines are offered across the University’s ten Schools and two Faculties. Leanne White has been a higher education administrator for more than 26 years.  Having held a wide variety of positions with prestigious universities such as the University of Sydney, and having worked internationally upon higher education focused human resource matters, Leanne has developed a vast repertoire of skills necessary for human resources excellence.  She has helped develop comprehensive employment strategies for her employers that have included organizational benchmarking, workplace facilitation, change documentation and implementation plans. Leanne has also held numerous posts including Policy and Communications Manager, General Staff Classifications Officer, HR/Communications and Change Manager, Manager of Classifications and Advertising, and more recently, casual lecturing and Unit Coordinator within the UNE Business School.  In recognition of her expertise in the field of human resources, leadership and organisational culture, she has taught and presented conference sessions relating to organisational change and its impact, and the relationship between leadership, culture and organisational performance. Moreover, Leanne is a Certified member of the Australian Human Resources Institute, the Golden Key International Honour Society and the Association for Tertiary Education Management.
