Kathryn Colabroy-Foulke Appears In The Ranks Of Stanford Who’s Who LIMERICK, PA, November 19, 2012 /Stanford Who’s Who / — An extraordinary entrepreneur and educator in the performing arts with several years of diverse professional experience in the field, Kathryn Colabroy-Foulke  has consistently displayed the passion, vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be mentioned among the elite. As a result of her brilliant body of work, Kathryn has earned recognition in the distinguished ranks of leading professionals with Stanford Who’s Who. Drawing upon her tremendous talent as well as her outstanding business acumen, Kathryn is the Owner of the Bel Canto Vocal Academy, which is a performing arts studio that specializes in the development and nurturing of each student’s artistic talents in the areas of song, drama, and performance. The Academy provides students with a foundation of healthy vocal principles in the singing styles of Classic Style, Broadway Style, Jazz, Contemporary Christian Music, and Contemporary Commercial Music. From the age of two, Kathryn has been passionate about singing and the performing arts. When she turned seven, she began her training with private piano and vocal lessons, going on to perform in numerous musicals, dramas, workshops, community theatre programs, recitals, and choral programs ever since. This has given Kathryn an exceptional background in the field as well as an incredible passion to teach others how to become sensational singers and performers. She later became a member of the New Jersey Allstate Choir and a dancer with the New York City Performing Arts Center. Kathryn was also nominated by the PaperMill Playhouse as best leading actress in a high school production. In addition to her lifetime of experience in the performing arts, Kathryn is a highly educated individual who accepted the Howard Music Scholarship for Voice Performance at Eastern University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Performance. She also earned a Master of Music degree in Voice Performance from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Evidencing her remarkable reputation in the industry, Kathryn is a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing and the National Music Honor Society, Pi Kappa Lambda. She has taught at numerous local schools, performed with The Philadelphia Singers, and portrayed Gertrude, in Engelbert Humperdinck’s Hansel and Gretel.
