Ismael Hernandez Joins The Class Of Stanford Who’s Who RIO GRANDE, PR,   November 21, 2012 /Stanford Who’s Who [1]/ — An entrepreneur and executive in the healthcare sales training field with a wealth of diverse professional experience, Ismael Peter Hernandez [2] has routinely demonstrated the passion, vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be successful in the business world. As a result of his work, Mr. Hernandez has earned inclusion in the exclusive network of prominent professionals with Stanford Who’s Who. Employing his expertise in sales as well as his business acumen and managerial skills, Ismael is the Owner and President of IPH Associates Inc., which is a company that specializes in the provision of sales training and professional development consulting for clients in the healthcare industry. Utilizing English and Spanish training modules, they teach salespeople from small and large business how to be successful in sales and assist them in their development as professionals. IPH Associates Inc. will be launching new health care and pharmaceutical sales training and first line management development programs for international drug companies in February 2013 for both domestic and international markets. In his role as President of the company, Mr. Hernandez is responsible for managing all major aspects of the business as well as overseeing the daily operations. Prior to starting his own business, Ismael established himself as a sales manager with a honed expertise in turnaround sales operations, which he achieved in Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Peru, and the continental United States including the Philadelphia area with J&J pharmaceutical. Passionate and persistent about helping people in the development of their skills, he plays a hands-on role in operations, ensuring that their clients receive the finest training possible. Mr. Hernandez states, “The training programs are a significant accomplishment in my career. They are in depth training programs that take a couple of years of work to accomplish. As a client oriented firm we can customise the programs to the needs of the company clients.” Despite gathering a substantial amount of his expertise through his professional experience, Ismael is also a highly educated individual who earned a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from Hunter College and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Bernard Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business.
