In March of 2012 Bespin Holdings acquired Omaxmedia and their flagship product Maxjournal™(200K users) in an all stock transaction, with the owner, Steve Sterling, joining the company as Creative Director. The development arm of their company, bigbluecouch.co,  recently released an iPhone app (in:play),  which reached No.4 for music in the AppStore both in the US and around the world in one day, and is also featured as a new and noteworthy application by Apple. Of the one million apps available in the AppStore, in:play reached 52 in overall app rankings- showing that the applications Bespin develops are market changers. They are taking on companies with hundreds of employees with a small elite team of people, and developing better products. Prior to the establishment of Bespin Holdings Inc. in January of 2012, Mr. Rhoades most recently served as Managing Director of True Water Inc. and a Management Consultant with MR Consulting. Over the course of his incredibly impressive career, Mat has served in various other prominent roles, including a Senior Base Technology Consultant and Implementation Team Leader with Levi Strauss & Company, from which he was the recipient of a Levi Strauss Americas Excellence Award.
