Prior to starting his own company, Mr. Dewes gathered a wealth of knowledge through his experience with numerous companies. Over the course of his incredibly impressive career, he worked for Fletchers Construction as well as Autocrat Sanyo and Fisher and Paykel. He has held many positions over the years, such as field technician and quality control inspector. Although he has obtained a considerable amount of his expertise through his vast professional experience, John also attended Open Polytechnic where he studied radio and associated electronics. He also accumulated a great deal of knowledge in the areas of construction management, plumbing, blueprint reading, wiring, and inspections.
