Press Release: Donald A. Baldovin, MD, Represents New York with Inclusion into Renowned Publication The Leading Physicians of the World

The International Association of Healthcare Professionals has carefully selected Donald A. Baldovin, MD, to represent anesthesiology in their publication, The Leading Physicians of the World. Dr. Baldovin’s selection is a significant representation of his passion and dedication for the field of anesthesiology.  He is considered to be among the best among his many years in practice. Dr.  Baldovin serves Staten Island University Hospital, located in Staten Island, New York. Recently, Dr. Baldovin received an award for 25 Years of Service completed at the hospital.  A well rounded anesthesiology with training in pediatrics and internal medicine, Dr. Baldovin is also the author of an article in Dermatology Times for the preparation of patients undergoing surgery. In 2000, he lectured on plastic surgery procedures as well.  Dr. Baldovin has spent time in many medical specialties regarding pain management. In 1980, Dr. Baldovin received his medical degree from the Autonomous University of Guadalajara. He came to the United States for his internal medicine internship at Brookdale University Hospital, then completed his anesthesiology residency at Montefiore Medical Center, Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York.  His fellowship in pediatrics and pain management was completed at Einstein Hospital, Albert Einstein College of Medicine. A Diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology, Dr. Baldovin maintains membership in the American Society of Anesthesiologists and the American College of Emergency Physicians.
