As Head of Operations for Ribotech, Dr. Mochaba is responsible for managing all major aspects of the business as well as overseeing the daily operations. Although she has gathered a substantial amount of her expertise through her professional experience and personal research activities, she is also a highly educated individual who earned a PhD in Microbiology from the University of the Witwatersrand. Dr. Mochaba was appointed to the Board of Directors, Ribotech (Pty) Ltd in recognition of her role in the development of the plant layout to be compliant with the Medicines Control Council, South Africa, the EMEA and FDA guidelines for production of medicines for human use as well as current Good Manufacturing Practices Guidelines.
