Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare and the International Association of Respiratory Therapists are proud to announce that Russell Dean Knight, RRT, is being honored for his exceptional successes in the respiratory therapy community.  Nearly 25 years practicing, Russell Knight has demonstrated the passion and enthusiasm for patient care necessary to be considered a Top Respiratory Therapist in his field. Russell Knight maintains a position at Coquille Valley Hospital located in Coquille, Oregon. Coquille Valley Hospital earned Quality Respiratory Care Recognition by the American Association for Respiratory Care program in 2010 and 2011; a program aimed towards helping patients and families make informed decisions about the quality of the respiratory care services available in hospitals. Russell is a certified and registered respiratory therapist, making him responsible for therapeutic and diagnostic services to patients with heart and lung disorders. As well as serving his patients at Coquille, Russell participates in regional public speaking and lectures. His career began in 1989, after he graduated from Grashman Community College. Russell is remains active within the field, by also being a member of multiple respiratory societies; such as the Oregon Society for Respiratory Care, the National Board of Respiratory Care, and the American Association for Respiratory Care. His involvement with the aforementioned associations’ promotes continued education in the field; keeping his technology and treatment current.
