Prior to his current role, Frank spent over seven years as Vice President of Global Account Services with the company and was focused on retaining and growing Cornerstone OnDemand’s portfolio of clients.  He is responsible for the company’s innovative approach to client relationship management including its differentiating Client Success Framework. Over the course of his incredibly impressive career, Mr. Ricciardi has been the recipient of numerous awards including being recognized for top achievement by employers such as Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and DigitalThink (now Convergys Corporation). In addition to the extensive expertise he has obtained through his professional experience, Frank also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
