Among his numerous responsibilities as Operations Manager, Terry is accountable for managing the areas of financial management, quality assurance, patient care, safety risk management, team satisfaction, TQM implementation, and equipment maintenance. Having built a solid academic foundation during his collegiate career, Terry earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from Northeastern University and a Master of Arts degree in Business Organization from the University of Phoenix. He is also in the process of working towards a Master of Science degree in Pharmacy Regulations from the University of Florida and a Master of Business Administration degree from Stetson University.
