Mr. Venkatrao is noted for having evaluated, implemented and monitored sophisticated hedging instruments, designing innovative financial structures that resulted in new business opportunities as well as designing complex financial models that facilitated business decisions. Despite obtaining a substantial amount of his expertise through his vast professional experience in the field, Sainath is also a highly educated individual who earned a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Madras. In addition, he earned Associate Chartered Accountant certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and studied Business at the International Institute for Management Development. Mr. Venkatrao is also a Graduate of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India, where he studied Management Accounting. He has also attended the Breakthrough Programme for Senior Executives at IMD, Switzerland.
