Representing the anesthesiologists of Quebec, Nicole Latortue, MD, has been selected to represent her community in the publication of The Leading Physicians of the World.  In practice for many years, Dr. Latortue represents the commitment, excellence, and passion for patient care needed to receive this prestigious honor. Dr. Latortue works at the LaSalle General Hospital (Centre hospitalier de LaSalle) in LaSalle, Quebec, Canada.  As Head of the anesthesia department, Dr. Latortue is responsible for creating care plans for patients and supervising all the other anesthesiologists in the hospital.  She is a member of many prestigious Canadian medical organizations, including the Canadian Anesthesiologists Society, Quebec Association of Anesthesiologists and the Royal College of Anesthesiologists. A native of Haiti, Dr. Latortue received her medical degree there, and also completed her internship there.  Her residency was completed at a prestigious hospital in Montreal, Canada.  Board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, Dr. Latortue is devoted to her patients and is very close to her colleagues.
