Rachel E. Jackson Joins The Stanford Who’s Who Community LANCASTER, PA,   December 19, 2012 /Stanford Who’s Who [1]/ — An accomplished executive in the human services industry with extensive professional experience in the field, Rachel E. Jackson [2] has routinely exhibited the passion, vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be mentioned among the elite. As a result of her brilliant body of work, Rachel has earned recognition in the exclusive network of prominent professionals with Stanford Who’s Who. Employing her extensive expertise in the field as well as her outstanding leadership abilities, Rachel currently serves as Executive Director of the Involved Consumer Action Network (I-CAN) in Lancaster Inc., which is an organization that specializes in the provision of peer to peer support, advocacy, and recovery. For over two decades, they have been serving the Lancaster area, meeting a variety of needs in the community. A leader in the consumer mental health movement, the organization has several support groups that meet on a weekly basis, including a Bipolar Group, PTSD Group, Spirituality Group, Schizophrenics Anonymous Group, Anger Management Group, and Communications Groups. They also have a monthly meeting of the Poetry Group and a bi-weekly meeting of their General Support and Arts and Crafts groups. In her position as Executive Director of I-CAN in Lancaster, Rachel is responsible for managing all major aspects of the organization as well as overseeing the daily operations. Although she has gained a considerable amount of her expertise through her vast professional experience, she is also a highly educated individual who earned a Master of Science degree in Biology during her collegiate career.
